Update, I need HELP, and Tag

Hello everyone. I haven't updated in a long time. I have been very busy with jobs here and there and classes. I will continue my writing. Hopefully I can cotinue soon. I tried to upload 2 months ago but dA would not let me because I needed to submit a "Policy Inquiry." What the heck is that suppose to mean? I did submit like 3 and still nothing! I tried to submit each month and also tried on both my computer and phone, but still nothing. So does anyone know what to do? Because I have 2 works I just want to post.
